NEWS PRACTICE - Wednesday at 5:00 GAMES - Saturday at 3:00 Welcome to PAL HOCKEY SPRING 2011! If your Smurf is 4-9 years of age, we will teach them the very basics of Roller Hockey. Our goal is to teach the children how to skate, stick handle and shoot. Coaches are on the rink at all times helping in these areas. Parents are encouraged to participate in coaching, managing and helping the league be the best hockey program on the North Shore. We will also teach parents how to coach, assistant coach etc. Don't be shy! Involved parents make the league better!
